If purchased you can: Edit the base as much as you’d like, combine with other bases or your own art. You may use these for profit (adopts, customs, commissions, trades.)  but no reselling the base or sharing it. Please clearly credit me somewhere when uploading a filled base or when advertising commissions on the base.
